Hunting Lodge Muljava is open year-round and provides excellent restaurant and conference facilities, as well as accommodation in 8 rooms with a total of 22 beds.  The conference hall located on the ground floor has the capacity of up to 35 people, and the VIP salon, also located on the ground floor, up to 30 people. On the first floor there is a large hall with the capacity of up to 70 people. The restaurant terrace is partially closed – the interior part has 50 seats, whereas the open space has 200. Directly near the Lodge there is a large bar-restaurant for up to 400 people, with a water barbecue grill and protected with a canopy. The Lodge has its own parking area, enclosed children's playground, a small ZOO and a souvenir shop. As an environmentally conscious facility, Muljava owns biological waste water treatment system, an ultraviolet water sterilizer, biomass heating system and ecological lighting.  
In addition to all kinds of gastronomic specialties, the Hunting Lodge offers organisation services for weddings and other celebrations, as well as for business gatherings (banquets). Furthermore, it offers catering services and the use of a conference hall with audio-visual equipment.

The Lodge is the starting point for two circular hiking routes, a forest educational trail and an educational trail for people with special needs. At the distance of 5 km from the Lodge there is an ornithological park named Petrovac.  .  
The tourist centre (TC) is frequently visited by kindergartens, schools, people engaged in recreational sport activities, hikers (climbers), scouts, various associations and companies as well as the guests staying at the thermal spa Topusko. They come here on field trips, to participate in field courses, team building or workers' sports games, to go camping or just do some recreational sports. Individual guests come to TC Petrova gora as well, especially during the warm part of the year.

The offer of the tourist centre also includes:
Muljava Archery Club with the only permanent 3D archery path in Croatia; Muljava Horse Riding Club offering horse riding lessons, therapeutic and recreational riding services as well as driving in an open coach, Paintball Cub Karlovac and the Veteran Association 4 Rivers (Braniteljska zadruga 4 rijeke) from Karlovac which offer paintball and quad motor driving services to guests.

In the period between 2007 and 2009, the Hunting Lodge was selected three times among top 100 leading restaurants in Croatia, and was awarded the acknowledgement "Restaurant Croatica". The Lodge was the first restaurant operating under the management of Hrvatske šume (Croatian Forests) to achieve this.

Accommodation:
The Hunting Lodge is a two-floor facility offering 4 rooms, 3 apartments and one family room with a total of 29 beds. The rooms are very modern and functional, equipped with a bathroom and satellite TV.

Gastronomic offer:
The restaurant has a rich offer of game-, grill-, barbecue and seasonal dishes, as well as a la carte dishes and forest fruit desserts.

Celebrations and gatherings organisation:
The Hunting Lodge offers 3 rooms for organisation of celebrations. Accommodation capacity of the conference hall is up to 70 people, the restaurant offers 35 seats and the hunting salon can accommodate up to 30 people.

Conference hall:
The conference hall on the first floor is equipped with audio-visual system for business meetings and presentations.

Other offers:
Next to the Lodge there is a large wooden canopy, the area of which has the capacity of up to 350 people, and is also convenient for organisation of various celebrations, business gatherings and meetings, banquets, weddings and workshops. It is equipped with a sound system and an overhead projector.  Near the canopy is a water barbecue grill offering grilling services to guests.
